I’m Fran Granet, a senior loan officer at Summit Funding. I have been in the mortgage business since 1993.

A native New Yorker, I have been a resident of Santa Barbara since 1981, and am a graduate of Tulane
University. I am the mother of 4 daughters and have been an active supporter and volunteer at
Mountain View School, Santa Barbara Middle School and San Marcos High School for many years.

I believe that my strength in mortgage lending has been my capability of deciphering various loan products,
guidelines and pricing structures so I may obtain the best possible rate and
fee structure for my clients. I have also closed more than $200,000,000.00 in “No Cost” Loans for
my clients, enabling them to take advantage of the opportunity to refinance without paying any fees.
